Stone rollers are divided into two types, stone roller and granite roll.
1. The stone-like roll consists of metal roll core and rubber coating (including surface rubber layer and adhesive rubber layer). In order to meet the high hardness of the stone roll, good paper making and paper-releasing properties, pressure resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, NR/BR/ high styrene resin system is used as the main material,and glass hollow beads/zinc oxide/ultra-fine aluminum silicate/white carbon black/magnesium methacrylate system is used as the reinforcing system.
2. Made of high grade synthetic rubber material and nano grade filler material. It has good decoupage performance and unconventional abrasion resistance, and can be used with scraper to meet the harsh application environment of high line pressure.
3. Imitation stone roller has the advantages of small mass, high hardness, good paper release performance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and high production efficiency, which is an ideal substitute for natural stone roller with better social and economic benefits.
4. Imitation stone rubber roller and ordinary rubber roller, by the roller body roller shell shaft head composed of, outside covered with imitation stone rubber, so the duration of a little more than two months.
