The low density cleaner is a kind of pulp purification and slag removal equipment in the paper industry. The shape is a cone with a cone angle of about 8 to 13 degrees, made of stainless steel, hard rubber, or cast iron lined with a polyethylene-based plastic layer. The inner wall is smooth and clean, wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and will not deform at a temperature of 40 to 60 ℃. Use vortex motion to remove heavier impurities. The slag removal efficiency is higher than that of the vortex cleaner, which can significantly reduce the dustiness of the pulp. And it can be bundled or paralleled in rows, and the tailings can be re-selected in sections to reduce the loss of pulp slag removal.
