A kind of rotary steaming and pulping equipment. It itself is spherical and mainly consists of a sphere, a base, a transmission device and other parts. The sphere is welded or riveted from steel plate. A loading hole is cut in the vertical centerline of the sphere for loading and feeding materials as well as steaming chemical liquids. Steam for steaming and heating as well as condensate is discharged from the hollow shaft. The advantages of the digester are that the raw materials and pulp inside the ball are fully mixed, the pulp quality is relatively uniform, the liquid ratio is low, the concentration of liquid is high, the cooking time can be shortened, the equipment is simple, less investment, easy to manage and maintain. The disadvantage is that the area is large, the steam is discharged directly, and the concentration of liquid chemicals changes greatly. It is mostly used in small and medium-sized pulp mills. The structure is divided into three parts:
Sphere part (sphere and material hole cover, main bearing): the sphere is made of steel plate welded or riveted.
The seat part: made of welded steel plate or concrete.
