The pulper is divided into ZGS pulper and D-type pulper.
ZGS series vertical high consistency water conservancy pulper is designed according to the principle of water conservancy vortex. The rotor adopts the combination of double helix and flying force, when the rotor rotates, the high-concentration slurry makes radial circulation movement, which accelerates the hydration of wastewater and dissolves it. In the process of operation, the waste paper is always in a highly concentrated state of disintegration into fiber separation, has achieved the purpose of recycling. In addition, the rotor blade is an oblique spiral. It will not form fine chips, creating favorable conditions for pulp screening. This structure is both novel, reasonable, high pulp concentration. It is characterized by energy saving, water saving, small area occupied, etc. It is an ideal equipment for waste paper recycling.
D type hydraulic pulper is mainly used for crushing all kinds of paddle boards, shredded paper and all kinds of waste paper.D series hydraulic pulper is designed on the basis of existing traditional vertical pulper and with reference to relevant foreign materials. Its main feature is that the Volker rotor is off-center, which makes the contact between the pulp and the rotor faster and more frequent. The traditional hydraulic pulper produces an unobstructed swirling flow, where the paper material moves from the joining place to the center rotor in the form of a helix, whereas the D-type hydraulic pulper changes this flow method so that the contact between the paper material and the rotor is faster, which can shorten the time from pulp to disintegration treatment and increase the production capacity without increasing the power and volume. In terms of transmission, the Model D Hydro Pulper has replaced the pulley drive with the mill's state-of-the-art differential drive. This improvement has saved the paper industry approximately 40% in electricity costs, improved bearing life, and saved the cost of V-belts.
