Press rolls can be categorized into six types:
Flat roller press, net liner press, vacuum press, groove press, blind hole press, and wide nip press.
1.In the structure of flat roller press, the upper roller is stone roller and the lower roller is rubber roller, both rollers have flat and smooth surface.
2.Net lining press is to lining a plastic net with large mesh inside the press blanket, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the fluid pressure in the nip and facilitating the dewatering.
3.The net press is to put a net cover on the following flat roller or vacuum roller, and the two ends of the plastic net cover are fixed with a piece of pressure ring or a whole circle of pressure ring.
4.The upper pressure roller of vacuum press is stone roller, and the lower pressure roller is vacuum pressure roller. The structure of the vacuum pressure roller is basically the same as that of the vacuum ambush roller.
5.Groove press structure is also the form of the upper roller for the stone roller, the lower roller for the rubber roller. Rubber roller rubber layer with alloy steel knife cut out the width of 0.5 ~ 0.6mm, 1.0 ~ 3.5mm deep, groove distance of about 3.0 ~ 3.6mm spiral grooves.
6.Blind hole pressure roller is also in the iron roller core hanging rubber or polyurethane. Rubber-coated surface is drilled with apertures of 2mm, 12 to 15mm deep blind holes.
7.Wide press area press by the pressure foot against the pressure roller to form the pressure area, the width of the pressure area up to 250mm, so you can correspondingly extend the wet paper in the pressure area of the pressure time.
