The gravity thickener is mainly used for washing and thickening of pulp in the washing and paper making process. Pulp with a concentration of 0.8%~1.2% enters the vat and then attaches to the disk sector. The white water in the disk flows into the two ends of the hollow shaft through a trough and is then discharged. The pulp attached to the disk sector is stripped off by high-pressure water. Gravity disk thickeners are mainly used in the washing and thickening section of the pulp and paper industry. It is used for removing fillers and ash from the pulp, for washing and thickening the pulp. Suitable for subsequent refining equipment and wire pre-conditioning system.
