The drum screen is one of the main components of the debris removal system of a continuous hydrocrusher. It is installed after the pulper or impurity separator, which screens out heavy impurities and reduces the load on subsequent screening equipment. In operation, the pulp along the screen drum inner circle of the equidistant spiral guide leaves forward, good pulp and small impurities under the action of gravity through the Ф8-Ф14mm sieve holes into the pulp tank; geometric shape of the larger impurities along the spiral plate track sliding to the slag end of the discharge. Water spray device to fan plane spray a certain pressure of water, wash away impurities on the fiber, dilute pulp, thus maximizing the elimination of impurities, reduce fiber loss. The general use of cylindrical screen is to remove plastic skins.
l. Transmission part: it is mainly composed of large and small gears and cycloid reducer with motor. The big gear is connected with the sieve drum to drive the sieve drum to rotate.
2、Screen drum (304): mainly consists of left and right sides of the circular sieve, the middle groove, the wheel and positioning wheel.
3、Import and export side support: it is fixed on the ground by 8 foot bolts.
4、Slurry inlet pipe (304): mainly composed of slurry inlet pipe and slurry inlet nozzle, a gate valve is installed at the slurry inlet pipe to regulate the amount of slurry inlet;
5、Torries: composed of two sets of torries on the import and export side. Slag side of the wheel to play a role in positioning, each group of wheels a total of two components. Wheel system includes shafts, bearing housing, rollers, wheel bracket and other components.
6、Spray pipe system: it consists of two spray pipes, two shut-off valves, water pipe bracket and so on.
7、Reducer support: fixed on the ground by 4 foot bolts.
8、Slurry pipe support: support the slurry pipe and connect it with the tank bracket by bolts.
