Pressure screen is divided into in-flow pressure screen and out-flow pressure screen, in-flow pressure screen is subdivided into pre-network pressure screen, and out-flow pressure screen is divided into coarse screen, fine screen, up-flow pressure screen, and fiber grading screen.
1.The in-flow pressure screen adopts the up-flow structure design of releasing slurry at the bottom, heavy slag at the bottom and light slag at the top. The light impurities and air in the slurry naturally rise to the top slag discharge port, and the heavy impurities can settle to the bottom and be discharged as soon as they enter the screen.
2.Outflow Pressure Screen: Outflow Pressure Screen is used for low consistency screening of paper machine, mechanical pulp, chemical pulp, tailing pulp and waste paper pulp. The internal structure of the pressure screen makes the pulp inlet smoother and the outlet smoother. For coarse and fine screening of chemical pulp, waste paper pulp and other pulp. Tangle-free multi-rotor design, soft pulse, clean pulp, high pulse frequency and large capacity.
The outflow screen is especially suitable for fine screening of waste paper pulp. The screen frame is of high-strength bar type with high pulp throughput and long service life. The rotor adopts multi-wing blade rotor or cylinder rotor, with high pulse frequency, which is favorable to the cleaning of the screen seam. Extend the action time of negative pressure pulse to ensure the continuous operation of the screening process. Special designed pressure screen rotor, effectively avoiding the thickening phenomenon in the screening process.
